To use ApreshAI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
ApreshAI offers a monthly subscription at $99/month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not provided after access has been granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, (c) share account access with third parties, (d) use automated systems to access the service excessively, (e) systematically query, copy, extract or reproduce the knowledge base, method sheets, action plans or answers of the service, whether by automated means or by repeated manual requests, in order to build, train or feed a competing product, database or AI model, (f) create several accounts, or use disposable identities, to get around the limits of the free plan. We monitor usage patterns to detect such extraction. Any breach of this section entitles SASU BLOWBACK CIE to suspend or close the account without notice or refund, without prejudice to any damages.
ApreshAI provides SEO guidance for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or business results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SASU BLOWBACK CIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ApreshAI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, and technology on ApreshAI are owned by SASU BLOWBACK CIE. You retain ownership of the content you provide (business information, conversations). We may use anonymized data to improve our services.
The ApreshAI knowledge base (method sheets, playbooks, action plans, the strategy tree and its instructions) is a database whose producer is SASU BLOWBACK CIE, protected by copyright and by the database producer's sui generis right (French Intellectual Property Code, Articles L.112-3 and L.341-1 et seq.). You may use the answers you receive for your own websites and those of your clients. You may not compile, republish, sell or otherwise make available a substantial part of the knowledge base, including in reworded form.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. For US users, you agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
